I called her and she gave me an appointment within 2 hours. I looked at the house, loved it and made an all cash offer the next day. I did not have a realtor and asked Susan if she could handle both sides. She did and masterfully. I was so impressed with her that 6 weeks later when I decided to sell my much bigger and more expensive house, I contacted Susan and she became my realtor again. We went through a lot of turmoil with the house but through it all (including a hurricane and the pandemic) Susan guided me and stayed by my side until we sold the property in June. If we could give more stars we would. This is the second time we have used Susan. Susan proved beyond a doubt that she has the knowledge to get a property sold. She was deligent and extremely competent and had our best interests at heart. Susan went out of her way to keep us informed about any and all issues and she addressed them immediately. We had already moved out of state when a buyer made an offer on our house. Their inspector raised a few issues. Susan went above and beyond to help us resolve the issues from "long distance". At closing we received virtually our asking price due to diligent negotiation on Susan's part with the buyer's agent. We are VERY appreciative to have Susan as our agent. We have no reservation in recommending Susan to anyone. Furthermore, we are still working with Susan to sell a vacant lot in Grant. Her listing pictures and description of the property are excellent, I can tell that she thought out an appropriate plan to sell the lot. I could not be more impressed by her as a person and a professional. I can not give her a high enough recommendation. After 11 years the title company discovered I did not have clear title; the "owner" was now deceased. She did not rest until she found a way to get me clear title and contacted everyone personally until they signed and returned the required documents.
