I first met Susan when I saw a for sale sign. I called her and she gave me an appointment within 2 hours. I looked at the house, loved it and made an all cash offer the next day. I did not have a realtor and asked Susan if she could handle both sides. She did and masterfully. I was so impressed with her that 6 weeks later when I decided to sell my much bigger and more expensive house, I contacted Susan and she became my realtor again. Originally from Northern Michigan, Susan has resided along the beautiful beaches of Brevard County for over 21 years.
